Gotham Under Fire

In a universe where nearly anything is possible, the city is overrun by crime. Gotham East and the Narrows are under the control of the mob, and overrun by dangerous psychotics. There comes a time when the boiling point is reached and everything crumbles. Two people, both irreversibly evil, struggle for control over the city with everyone between caught in a hellish storm, and no one is safe. Even Gordon, a beacon of hope, has been mysteriously murdered , and it is up to someone to try and regain control, or the city falls.
